A New Season

We’re Moving (Again)!
We have finally found a rental house and are moving in!
That means we have lived in FIVE houses in the last SIX months! Yup, 5 houses in 6 months… all very nice houses… but whew, its a lot of moving and adjustment. Bonus, we are finally getting our things back- clothes, toys, kitchen tools, etc!
Fortunately, this one is much bigger- playroom, lanai, backyard, four bedrooms. I think we all took a nice deep breath when we walked in. The kids ran in circles on the carpet when we first got the keys.
Riding his bike on the new street
Checking out the backyard
There is a kumquat tree in the backyard which Owen is enamored with.
The new playroom with entrance to the lanai
Kitchen and living room (Owen saying the kumquat is sour)
Front door and formal dining (opposite the front door is the playroom).
Breakfast nook
Kitchen
Lanai toward master bedroom
Lanai toward family room
Of course, the fans were the first things Owen brought from the townhouse.
Monday the moving truck came!
All toys are suddenly new again!
Scooter time!
I turned my back for one second, and Margot headed down the rollercoaster too!
Guest bedroom (right off family room)
Margot’s room just off the formal dining room.
Master bedroom
All loaded up and the movers were gone by 3pm!
All the other stuff :)
Aunt Staci is coming to visit this weekend, so we will hopefully have more unpacked pictures too!

Dudley Farm
We went to another state park that has a working late 1800’s farm! No re-enactors at this one the day we went.
Walking back to the farm.
Almost there, we found the cows!
Sugar Cane grinder
Feeding the chickens clover (a tip from the ranger at the gate).
Here’s a little chicken video too
Margot on the milking stand
Pumping water for the cows
Checking out Tom Tom and his girls
This was the Dudley Farm house! They lived here with their 12 kids!
One last pump before we go
