Eight Wonderful Years

 

Just wanted to say Happy Anniversary to my wonderful husband!  It’s hard to believe eight years have already gone by. 

We went out for an awesome dinner Saturday night while Aunt Staci played with Owen.  It was SO good we were in a food coma the rest of the night!

Haircut!!

Yes it’s that time again… I love O’s long curly locks, but at some point it starts knotting and that point is now (especially since I don’t want to do it with a crying infant in the room-haha).  So we did our big cut Sunday, and we fortunately can now let it grow again until Halloween!

He did really well for most of it (except when he got hair in his mouth), and watched his video!



He got a watermelon lollipop as a reward for good behavior!

Preschool Post: Scavenger Hunt

We went to the zoo this morning to do our Pond scavenger hunt!  Since it was Saturday Dad got to go help!

Then we decided to go feed the birds since we hadn’t done it yet this year.
 
Then we got two birds!  O said it was too heavy.

O was so sweet he gave his stick to the little boy standing behind us who didn’t have one.

Then we headed to Staci’s neighborhood to grab some grub!

Maternity Pictures are In!

Our maternity pictures are finally here!  They came out better than we could have ever expected.  You would think Owen was the most cooperative toddler on the planet!  We used Southern Rags Photography, and the photographer Jessica was SO good with Owen.  She is also really good at Photoshop because Owen had busted his lip the day before, and she erased it from almost every picture!
