All the Little Things from April

 

In an effort to catch up on blogging, here are all the little things from April I haven’t posted yet!

 

We made gelatin bird feeders (very hands on) and hung them outside.

Playing with the camping set from the Easter Bunny.  The camping bear was roasting marshmallows and boating with a raccoon…very cute!

Margot, if left to her own devices, instantly goes to the mudroom trash can.  She loves to put dryer lint in her mouth (ugh)!

My kids and the vacuum…hopefully this continues into the teenage years .  Owen wears headphones when things are too loud.

Nona and Papa headed out just in time because we were all sick with colds!

Duck eggs!!

We had a break in the rain and headed to the duck pond to splash in the puddles.  When we got there we saw the ducks had laid eggs all over the place and weren't "nesting", so I let Owen check one out!   He just picked it up and quickly rolled it.

We're working on breaking up the bread. Half the time Owen just eats it, and the remaining half he wads it in a ball or throws the whole piece... All while laughing hysterically. 

Cranes and owls

Owen and I worked on one of his art projects from his craft box. This time it was making puppets and learning about some birds. He usually isn't really into puppets, but he loves the beak on the crane and pretended it was eating me and then bugs in the yard. 

Off he goes :)

Egg Dyeing and Spinning and Painting!

 

We started with the egg spinner

He particularly liked using the mitt to take them out.

OK too messy… nice clothes off

Dad and I made these sicne Owen was over egg decorating by the time we got to them.
