If you didn’t see the pictures earlier this week, we had our 20 week ultrasound on Monday the 15th! Baby looked healthy. After the appointment Owen and I went to the park where he befriended a little boy. Here are a few quick shots
They were collecting pinecones to kick around the pavilion.
Another big breakthrough for Owen… he has officially completed his chart and learned to stay in his room! So no more baby gate when he goes to sleep.
Hooray- Only took four months!
Daily Tidbit from the Week:
- Owen and Dad went and had sushi for lunch on Friday while I had an appointment. When we were talking at dinner later that night, I asked Owen what he had. He replied, “ I had tekka maki and kappa maki!” This is a line from his Sushi book, and it was partially accurate; he did have tekka maki. Then he proceeded to get his sushi set and bring me some :)
- At the ultrasound this week, Owen played I Spy (in the dark) with my OB and Dad while she was doing the ultrasound. Then he told her that her (fake) plant needed water and sunlight, or it wouldn’t grow. Then he told her to put her nightlight on because it was too dark! She got a real kick out of him that day!
