Owen had been complaining his bed was too small for awhile, so we decided to give him the queen bed we had up in our attic, and he is LOVING it!
This is Clark his new bear pillow.

I should also note that it's also much easier for one of us to fall asleep in his bed during those occasional middle-of-the-night wakings. Although maybe that was part of his plan... smart boy!
