Owen got a major haircut this weekend! He started getting bothered by his hair touching his ears, and he HATES haircuts (which is why I have to do it). So we decided to buzz the sides!
It started with Dad making a special spray bottle for Owen to make that part more bearable. Owen said “He looks happy!” while Ryan was impaling the unicorn. He named him Kicker.
The haircut itself is really tough for O, so no pictures. We started with a cool Mohawk type hairdo, but we just couldn’t get the back to stay down or his hair to stay flipped to the side.
To make O feel a little better, we treated him to lunch and ice cream at the park. Margot came along too
Later that night we decided to just buzz the top too and let it all grow back in together. He can wear it up or down!
Still super cute but he looks SO different and younger! Bonus, no more fighting over hair washing!
