Owen and I did another Kiwi Crate activity. This time it was making Borax crystal snowflakes!
We started by making a pipecleaner snowflake, then supersaturated some boiling water with Borax, and dropped in the pipecleaner to sit overnight (so hard for a three year old!).
The next day we grew crystals so big we had to crack some to get it out!
Very cool experiment!
