Christmas Countdown: Christmas Eve Morning

Guess who got into the cookies while we were sleeping!? 


We noticed a few missing from every box behind Bucket!


Owen opened the final day of his advent calendar!


And opened his and Margot’s Christmas Eve box from Mimi and Grumpy!!  Thank you Thank you!!  It had PJs, a movie, books, popcorn, ornaments and crafts (and scratch-offs for Mom and Dad- we were losers)!



Then I taught O how to build his own pyramid and cubes from Magneatos


We then decided to decorate our gingerbread cookies!

Margot woke up from her morning nap and observed with Papa.

Christmas Countdown: Day 23

Bucket sure must have been hungry!

Our Magic Elf Seeds grew into candy Canes over night!

Later that morning, we baked Christmas cookies!!  Owen has been asking to bake gingerbread cookies for weeks!





This guy is always in the kitchen if something is cooking.


Nona and Papa came over to help bake.



You’ll notice Papa is in the back building something…

Here’s part of his masterpiece:  a box fan (papa) with battery pack on side and control knobs in the front (owen).


Gingerbread dough is NOT fun!  Next year we’ll make sugar cookies.
