We’re in a townhouse owned by Ryan’s company until we find a home or February 1st (whichever comes first). This is the downstairs… don’t mind the mess we had just brought all our stuff in.
We arrived on Sunday afternoon, and Ryan started work Monday morning! I wanted a “first day of school picture”!

Making a mom sandwich… I really wanted a nap ;)
We found a new park, but they only had a volleyball court and dog park… they LOVED the sand pit!
We bribe the kids with ice cream to go house hunting :)
Hiking at Ring Park… its a park around a creek where you can sift for shark teeth!
One place we really wanted to see was The Devil’s Millhopper. It’s a state park right by our house with a HUGE ancient sinkhole. You have to go down 200 steps to get to the bottom.
Owen literally said “Get me in that hole!”
Too many steps for Margot, so she got pouched.
Basically this is the bottom and all these fresh springs feed into it.
Time to head back up!
Owen was not enjoying the climb back up, but we told him if he could make it to the top by himself, he’d be a Certified Master Hiker. He made it… here he is at the top!
We’ve met some interesting neighbors while house hunting
We don’t have too many play spaces at the townhouse, but Owen loves driving his remote control car around the circle at the end of our street.
