It’s hard to believe our sweet adorable little boy is now three years old! Owen you are precocious, inquisitive, smart, sweet, and cute. You are amazingly independent and think you should do everything by yourself. We’ve caught you climbing the refrigerator shelves to get the milk carton, you make our coffee most mornings, and LOVE anything electrical. You can already read many many words, have an extensive vocabulary (what 3 year old uses immersion blender correctly), can count, can (almost) ride your tricycle with no help, and can explain the differences in many types of fans. You ask an innumerable amount of questions, most beginning with “why” and stop us on every page of your story books to ask questions. We love you so much and can’t wait to see what this year brings! Happy Birthday!
Here are a few pictures from Owen’s Curious George Birthday!

Owen did not want the candles lit, and he didn’t want Happy Birthday sung to him (he had warned us days earlier he only wanted it “talked”. Then he decided we couldn’t even talk Happy Birthday. So he talked it to himself (video coming).
