Happy Father’s Day

 

Happy Father’s Day to all the Dad’s out there!  We had a fun day.  Dad came home from business and personal travels Sunday morning, and O was SOOO excited to see him!  We had made a card and baked some Apple Cinnamon muffins. 

First things first, O did a Father’s Day Interview:

My Dad is: 70 years old

My Dad weighs: 269 pounds

My Dad was born in: he couldn’t be born, he isn’t a baby.

My Dad’s favorite color is: brown

My Dad’s favorite animal is: Lion (He doesn’t know what a super hero is)

My Dad always says: It’s Sleepytime

My Dad’s job is: Planner (This is from a construction book we were reading where there are engineers and planners that build roads)

The first thing my Dad does in the morning is: Saw

My Dad laughs when I: tickle him

My Dad’s favorite food is: Eggs

I love my Dad because: He hugs

 

Then we did a photo shoot in his I Love Dad shirt:

We cut out the picture and glued it on a drawing Owen made of him and Dad.

Dad came home as O was going potty, so we’re pantless in the next few!  Here is Owen giving Dad his card!

Then O said it was muffin time!

Yum!!!  Dad and Owen both took VERY long naps that day, and we watched the end of the US Open and ate chicken wings!
